Our core platform features, including basic AI readiness scoring and standard llms.txt generation, are currently provided free of charge. As no payment is collected for these services, no refunds are applicable.

3. Paid Services (Future)

For any premium features or subscription tiers we may introduce in the future, we will offer a standard 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase, unless otherwise specified during the checkout process.

Subscription renewals will generally not be eligible for refunds, though you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible purchase, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptions
